BITUMEN EMULSION SPRAYER TRUCKS
Burtec bitumen emulsion sprayer trucks, also known as gudronators, are designed for priming surfaces before asphalting.
Burtec grudronators are particularly distinguished by An air-operated diaphragm (membrane) pump works on compressed air. It is an oscillating positive displacement pump with two opposing pump chambers. These chambers are each separated by a membrane into an air and a liquid section. The two diaphragms (membrane) are connected to each other via a piston rod.
The unique feature of the proposed emulsion sprayer pump is that this pump does not damage the emulsion as conventional pumps do.
Advantages:
- High precision.
- Self-priming.
- Flexibility.
- Low maintenance costs.
- Chemically resistant.
- Suitable for the most diverse liquids.
- Safe to use in hazardous areas because operating mechanisms do not produce sparks or friction.
- No influence on the quality of liquids.
