JAW CRUSHERS DC

Their robust yet simple technical solution includes a simple kinematic mechanism that not only ensures operational reliability and low running costs, but also easy adjustment and maintenance. They can be easily integrated into semi-mobile or mobile shredding equipment.
JAW CRUSHERS DT
The DT jaw crushers are based on the historic concept of highly durable machines for the primary crushing of hard and very hard raw materials.
The technical solution of the double-toggle kinematic mechanism has been designed for ease of maintenance and operation and a high lifetime. By development, types of jaw crushers marked in ‘R’ have been developed which are suitable for the recycling of construction materials such as concrete, reinforced concrete, bricks, asphalt chunks and similar materials.
IMPACT CRUSHERS HIC
The HIC Impact Crushers can be used for a wide range of tasks, including the crushing of quarry rocks (limestone, dolomite, sandstone, gravel, etc.) as well as the recycling of construction waste (concrete, brickwork debris, bituminous materials from road reconstruction, etc.).
IMPACT CRUSHERS VIC
Impact Crushers VIC are characterised by a vertically mounted rotor. The VIC crushers are used in the final stages of technological process lines, especially in places where very high quality of product forms is emphasised. These crushers can be utilised for the crushing of hard and soft materials, as well as abrasive and non-abrasive materials.
COARSE SCREENS VGO
VGO Coarse Screens are suitable for separating the clay from the input material prior to its entrance to the technological line. The grain size of the material should be up to 1m, and 1 to 2m screening decks. The upper deck has a grate and the screening slot of up to 150mm. The lower deck can have a screen with the mesh size of 35-63mm. The screening material can be aggregate, gravel sand, ore etc. VGO Screens make circular movement. The movement is powered by unbalanced exciter located in the centre of gravity of the machine.
VIBRATING FEEDERS VPL
Vibrating feeders VPL should be applied for feeding of non-sticky raw-materials like natural stone, construction waste, etc. to crushers, grinding mills, screens, and belt conveyors. The vibrating feeders consist of a rigid welded frame, of an exchangeable lining fixed by screws and of supporting springs. These feeders are driven by a couple of attached vibrating motors working at frequency 16 Hz.
VIBRATING FEEDERS VPR
The VPR feeders are used for discharging, pre-screening and feeding of an even volume of non-sticking, bulk materials from a hopper or a silo into the crushers, grinding plants or screening equipment, conveying transportation etc. The pre-screening of the material takes place on a installed screening grate with the slot size up to 150mm.
The feeder is driven by two attached vibrating motors.
PUSH FEEDERS VPO
The VPO push feeders are used for discharging and feeding of lumpy and grained materials into the crushers or screening equipment, conveying transportation etc.
The VPO’s construction is especially designed for heavy operations with an emphasis on working in dusty conditions environment.
VIBRATING SCREENERS VTE
Vibrating Screeners VTE are suitable for screening a wide range of bulk materials, up to a maximum of 200 mm, e.g. crushed stone, sand and gravel, coal, etc., using dry and wet screening methods.
VIBRATING SCREENS VTK
Vibrating Screens VTK are suitable for screening various material of the grain size 0-250mm, the mesh size 2 – 200mm. The material can be aggregate, gravel sand, ore, coal, etc. VTK Screens are suitable for dry and wet screening and are offering high capacity and exactness of screening, which can be reached by a suitable adjustment of the screen parameters depending on the required limits of screening and characteristics of the screened material.
